To count as a referral, your friends must spend a minimum of $80 before tax and pay in full. Rewards earned will be paid by check and available for pickup at Warehouse Suit Sale a week before prom.

Step 1: To become a prom rep, please fill out the form below.

Step 2: Print out your rep cards.

Step 3: Hand over your rep card to your friends or take a picture/screenshot and text it to your friends.

Step 4: Make sure your rep card is filled out completely so that you can get credit.
